Site survey and quotes. Submitting an enquiry through this website requests a free, no-obligation site survey. A fixed-price quote provided after survey is not a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.

Accuracy of information. We aim to keep service descriptions, timelines and guarantee terms on this site accurate and up to date, but final project specifications, pricing and timescales are confirmed in your written quote, not on this website.

Guarantee. The 10-year workmanship guarantee referenced on this site applies to structural building work carried out directly by Build Skills Limited, subject to the terms issued in writing at project handover.

Website use. Content on this site (text, images, and design) is owned by Build Skills Limited or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability. While we take care to keep this website accurate, we don't accept liability for decisions made solely on the basis of website content rather than a formal written quote.
